HT-7300 Series Boot Washer
Description:
Boot washer is designed walk-through tunnel-type, it will be clean when people work through it and no need to stop. It can clean the boot by the nylon brush. Besides, there is 5 L container which can put into soap, to clean all kinds of boot upper and sole, plant oil, industrial oil and other dirt things on the surface of shoe. It is suitable for the entrance of factory.
Features:
- Channel-type cleaning, don’t need stop when you work though the channel.
- Though start upon sensor induction avoid cross contamination.
- 5 L container, can be added soap liquid.
- Cleaning function: cleaning the boot upper and boot sole automatically by sensor.
- Start work by sensor, and it will be stop after 30-60s
- The water will be added on the level automatically, it can be circular clean.
Working Principle
- The brush which are driven by motor to clean boot upper and boot sole.
- People stand on the cleaning area, the brush rotation to scrub boot upper and boot sole, then make cleaning effect.
- Soap liquid and water can be sprayed to cleaning zone by pump.
